At this moment we accept payments through:

  • Debit cards;
  • Credit cards;
  • Pay Pal; and
  • Wire Transfer (only for Enterprise members).

We also are not able to accept payments in Bitcoins, bronze Knuts, silver Sickles, golden Galleons or Tharnis.

How to change my password?

Have you forgotten your password? We understand, this can happen to any of us!

You can always reset your password by clicking on Reset it Here:

After that, you will be asked to fill in your email to receive the recovery link to reset your password.

Click on the link you receive and change your password into a new one! You can now access your account again!

What if I forgot my account/email login?

We can understand that sometimes we can all forget things. Your username is an email that you use to register for the Yellow Images account. So, think about the email that you use most often, maybe it is your email login after all?

If you still can't remember your login, please contact our Support Team. Don't be surprised when our team asks several security questions in order to confirm your (secret) identity!

I’ve been locked out of my account

Sometimes it is possible that you can get locked out of your account.

Most of the times this is done as a security precaution, as some suspicious activity has been detected. This is generally a result of Yellow Images trying to keep your account, purchases and personal data safe and secure.

We take account security very seriously, so while it can be frustrating sometimes, our aim is to protect you and provide a safe online experience for our community at large.

If you have been locked out, contact our Support Team. We’ll do our best to help you access your account as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

If you think that someone has access to your account, please do the following:

If you can log in to your account:

  • Change your password here;
  • Change the password to the email address you used to register your Yellow Images Account with;
  • Make sure your other account information is up to date.

Contact us if you need more information or have any questions.  

If you are unable to login:

If you can't login, you need to contact our Support Team and provide the following information:

  • A description of the unusual activity;
  • The email address you used to register your Yellow Images Account with;
  • The time, date and name of your last successful purchase.

Once we verify your information, we will be able to grant you access to your account.

How can I delete saved credit cards?

You can delete the Credit Cards in your Account. You just need to choose the card you want to delete on your billing page and click on “Delete Card”.

If a card is tied to the membership, it cannot be deleted until the membership expires. So, “Delete Card” option is not available for the card that is linked to Membership.

Once the membership expires, the card linked to the membership unlinks automatically.
